Uploading pics to PH classifieds

Seeing as he is asking about the classifieds, a paid for service, it's not an unreasonable rant... what has tenure got to do with the usage of a paid-for service?

Paid £10 earlier in the week for a premium advert. Did all the text, and said I'd upload pics at the weekend when I'd had a chance to give it a good clean. Advert disappeared the next day as a result of the upgrade. Today it took me about 3.5 hours to load 9 pictures

Hi Tom

Not good to hear. Images can take a while to load if they are large, or you try and upload 9 at once, and we always recommend reducing file size and adding one at a time.

Regardless, you've not had a great experience so I apologise. We'll take a look to make sure there isn't any tech issues causing the upload issues.

I'll also look at the fee charged as you should be getting a fee ad. I'll probably email you with a solution if that's ok?

When you made payment you'll have received an RBS WorldPay receipt, send that to [e-mail] and we'll get that refunded ASAP.
