Address not valid

I've been getting this error message quite often when clicking a thread from the What's New page.



Can access the threads if I navigate from the relevant section, but not from the What's New page.
Any thoughts?

It's the single quotes in the topic title.
Remove everything after 1077311

It stems from the hacking and they've now constrained the characters but in doing so they've cocked up the links as they contain the thread title for SEO reasons, delete everything after t=<number> and it will work fine.

Alternatively, you could edit the thread title to remove the ' entries (which I've done)... Admittedly it removes the inference in the title, but it makes life easier..

Thanks - I'll keep an eye out in future. It's easy enough to change the URL when browsing from a PC, but not so easily done if mobile browsing.

You can click on the folder in the left column rather than the title.

And I do most of my browsing from WN or MS.

Still much easier to click on forum name then folder than editing the address on mobile that you were complaining about.

Fair enough, and that's what I do when mobile browsing. But it's still annoying to click a link only for it to fail.

Clearly. But I was only trying to help you out until PH get the bug/undocumented feature fixed.
It's mentioned in these halls very often.
