Issue tracking (eg. JIRA or Bugzilla)

Have you considered having a JIRA or equivalent for issue tracking rather that (or as well as) the "Website Feedback" forum? It would not only allow issues to be tracked but could be used for feature requests... in the sense that instead of people making the same request again and again, their request could be simply closed as a duplicate / "not going to implement" / whatever.
