Groundhog Day - Cookie Tracking ?

Hi folks,

For some reason PH thinks the last time I visited the site was 22nd November. It doesnt matter how many times I log out and log back into the site it insists on showing me all the threads from 22nd November forwards. Is there something wierd going on with cookie tracking ? If so what can I do to sort it. Punxsutawney Phil is getting old hat now.
