Mobile website error

Frequently when I browse the forums with the mobile view I get this error -

There has been a problem with content delivery. -1 Operation timed out after 4000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Sometimes this will happen constantly and I will be forced to use the desktop view, it's not a new problem and has been happening for a long time, I'm just sick of it.

Is this a known issue?

It's happened to me about 20 times every day for 2 years.
Rather irritating
Please make it go away.
