Where's my ad gone????

Re-instated my ad on Wednesday evening for my Chimaera. It was live on Wednesday night - I checked it was visible.
Went to look it up on Thursday and lo and behold ther's the new and improved - not!-classifieds but no sign of my ad.
I know, I thought, I will go to "manage my ads" and re-instate it from there - wrong!! Apparently I don't have any ads to re-instate!
I e-mailed Pistonheads yesterday with my plight and gave it until this afternoon to allow more than adequate time for a response - wrong again!
So I telephoned them several times only to find out no-one could spare the time to speak to me so I left a couple of voice messages asking for someone to call me and then another e-mail explaing my predicament - you guessed it, not a dicky bird!!

Come on Pistonheads, you can do better than this.

While I'm at it, the format of the new Classifieds aren't a patch on the old ones and now they don't work at all on my computer!
That's why I'm having this rant - to try and get some sort of response!

Totally agree.Maybe they should spend more time getting it to work rather than time on here locking threads with negative feedback when in reality the new classifieds is shambolic at best...

None of the ads went missing when they changed the classifieds. All the problems at the moment are small, and are being sorted.

MY AD WENT MISSING!! It was there Wednesday night with the old system and "disappeared" with the new system. End of..!

As well as my ad not being on the site, when I went to "manage my ads" there was no record of me having an ad either! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

Send an email to [e-mail]
(ideally with ref number for your ad)

Did you not read my original post? I have e-mailed and phoned several times but to no avail!!!
As, apparently, I don't have any ads to manage, how am I supposed to give you a reference number??

So, when an ad is on the site Wednesday night and not there Thursday or Friday or Saturday morning, along with any record of it being there in "manage my ads" what else would you call it other than gone missing?

If all the problems are small why weren't they sorted before the revised classifieds were rolled out? Do you not test format revisions before applying them? Good job you don't design cars rather than trying to advertise them.

After a quick look through my vast archives on this computer and my three other servers - I use multiple servers so I can back things up and not lose them - I have found the reference number for my ad that hasn't gone missing:

Thanks for restoring the ad, however, I can't edit it as "manage my ads" still says I have no adverts.
