Stopping a user from sending PMs/emails

Is it possible to stop a user from using the PM system?

What can I do about unwanted mails/messages from a member using the PM system?

As you can see from this thread it is getting a bit sad that he now follows me around the boards and has posted in this topic.

I can assure everyone that no attempt was made to stop "bickering" - the mails only continued the same as what a mod has had to delete.....

I would rather something is done from PH so will email Garlick - not going to rely on "good will"
