Unable to log in using mobile PH

Sorry if this has been covered, can't see anything similar......

I've been trying to log on on my iPhone for some days and assumed with a recent restore on my phone my password had been lost. I've now changed my password, logged on on my ipad, changed the password etc. and still can't log on using PH mobile

Any suggestions please?
