Lazy post formatting

I rarely format my posts on PH because its a bit of a pain, because the Formatting doesnt 'wrap tags' around my text.... so I spent 20 minutes today making this Excel document to do it for me 
(yes, I know, too much time on my hands).
Drop me a PM if you want a copy. Text formats, embeds and Tables. No VB code to keep it simple for beginners, only formula.
