Help looking for a thread

There was a topic on here a while ago about car seats (for babies), I need to upgrade ours and remember thinking at the time this thread had loads of great info on.

It was being run by a guy who crash tests the seats if that helps?

Can anyone help me find it? I've spent about an hour looking so far
