I'm in two minds about it - on the one hand it pisses people off when some retard bumps it to ask whether there are any updates as though CY might have forgotten to mention it, but on the other hand this makes people aware of the topic, which is a good thing.

I guess it's in the Legendary Threads Wiki but probably very few people go in there.

What to do? I think it should be locked.

Don't lock it. I would have never seen it if somebody hadn't bumped it a while back, and it is epic.

Maybe a mod could edit CY's last post at the end to say "THERE ARE NO MORE UPDATES AFTER THIS - ALL THE FOLLOWING PAGES ARE FULL OF PEOPLE ASKING IF THERE'S ANY NEWS. WHICH THERE ISN'T."

Perhaps the mods could make the thread "secret".... just remove it from any section or what's new listings. URL only access for those who need their fix.
