Desktop / mobile difference

On desktop if you click a thread title from the forum view it takes you to the first post. It even does the same if you click from my topics. However If you do the same from mobile even on a thread you’ve never seen before, it takes you to the most recent posts in the thread and I have to then navigate to page 1. This is stupid. I only want to see recent posts if it’s a topic I’m watching. If I’m coming from the forum view list of threads why don’t you just assume u want to see page 1??
