eMails from me to another member are sent to me

I've just tried sending an eMail to another member via the forum.

I've subsequently recieved an eMail from PH saying that someone has sent me a message, and goes on to copy the message I just sent to the other member.

Has this message gone to the other member as well or has it simply been sent to me?

I get the same when I send a message to another PHer.
The messages have gone to the correct recipient, it just a copy sent to you.
