Unauthorised advertising

Just to re open the discussion re aaron-2000 thread removal for unauthorised advertising in Readers Cars, and not wishing to be a snitch, but why is Gibbo205 allowed to run a thread titled Jaguar FtypeSVR for sale in the Jaguar forum, with a detailed description and many photos of the car for sale?

This thread has been running for a week or so now and the mods seem happy to let it run.

Not wanting to get that thread removed but if ever there is a case for double standards this is it.

Double standards? not normally the case probably just the case that no one has reported it, please remember we are not here all the time and if we were we couldn't read every thread/post.

I understand that but a thread titled as a for sale thread that has been running for sometime, I am surprised that nobody has noticed it.

No dig taken, it's just a fact of life we do miss stuff, and rely on members reporting anything they believe to breach the rules.

A thread appeared in General Gassing earlier this afternoon offering fake driving licenses, passports and other documents.

I started to reply asking how long before the thread was pulled and was gone before I could even finish typing. :
