Problems Logging in Via Mobile

I seem to for the last week or so be having trouble logging in via mobile. The details are definitely correct but it says invalid name or password. Have no problem doing it from a laptop.

Have you done a name change - if so clear cookies etc

I used to be able to log in with user name and password but since a "name change" it only accepts email address and password

Name change wasn't really a name change but it was because my user name has a now banned character in it in order to change email address it had to change to one without and then got changed back.

Would you be able to drop me an email with the details you are entering to log in, then I can double check that they're right with what we have on site end and make sure nothing peculiar is going on...
