What does "Newest with images first" mean in the classifieds

Does it mean the newest (youngest) car where the ad includes images?

Or does it mean the newest advert with images?

It's the latest posted advert I think.

It is a filter that shows you the most recently posted ads that have pictures. So it is possible that there may be a newer ad but with no photos which does not come me up at the top of the list.
