Reason for Ban

Hi venerable mods.
I've been denied acces to the Brexit Negotiations thread again, however I've not yet got my email to confirm the reasons behind my prize, you're all usually a bit quicker.
Any chance you can email me so I at least know why Helicopter123 pressed the report button again, it's not that I need to learn a valuable lesson on how to deal with the vile little snowflake troll, I just need a giggle before dinner.

I'm guessing after he,or his usual disciples have read this post and told him then I'll be banned from this part of the foum too, so maybe two emails eh? Jolly good.

Just got your Mods email, take your time, I've been weighed down with remorse and guilt.
However it just says "breaking one of our rules" but doesn't mention which one specifically.
Any chance you can narrow it down, I'd hate to think you were being vague for convenience.
I see you removed the post where I described the purpose of a weathervane in a little jest at the poster Helicopter123 and that his sensitive little soul reported such offence sometime after the post, of course not connected to me pointing out his hypocrisy later on in other trolling posts of his, of course not.
How can I be expected to repent if I don't know what I've done, come on mods, it's not hard.
A lesser person might get paranoid and think this was some kind of pro remain thing, supporting the remain trolls and what they cry about............
Of course if Heli was anything like a grown up, he could have sent me a PM and I would have happily apologised if I'd crossed a line, my intent, I thought, was clear.
Sadly,history tells us that the report button is more suited, some might say cowardice, other might say disgusting little troll, but not me, I'm just disappointed that a more adult and amicable solution wasn't sort.

Rule 1 would seem to cover it.
The vast majority of people manage to post on PH without abusing other members. This isn't the first time you've been pulled up for abuse so I suggest you have a think about your posting style before we decide we can't be bothered tidying up after you and ban you.

Many thanks for the reply Bill. I must admit, as far as rule 1 goes I only posted a picture of a weathervan with an explanation of how it works, really not sure what's so offensive about it but hey ho???
I will, in future, mind my P's and Q's. I will also be much more careful about the feelings of others.
As I have taken on your suggestion and advice, can I respectfully offer some in return....could yourself and the mod team actually start to enforce rule 4, it seems that posting continual baiting material, reposting comments verbatim in order to get negative reactions and making extremely vile comments about people dying is acceptable to the mods, I would have hoped that rule 4 prevented at least some of this content, yet it continues.
Trolling can be intent, not just content........................

Seems that's not ok, so I will be very very polite in future. I've learned my lesson and I apologise to anyone for the upset caused..............

As far as the thread goes, we don't read everything. If someone is trolling either ignore/rise above it or report it. I can't guarantee we'll agree though.
