Moving threads unnecessarily

While some people post in the wrong section, sometimes car-based threads should be left in the open for all to see, rather than tucked away in the section of that car. It promotes a balanced discussion. So please stop it.

Exactly the reason for my post. It was posted in GG to get a non-XF owner, or XF owner moved on opinion. Now it’s just the XF owners having a chat about XFs. If left where it was it would have been better debate. The mods need to understand that not everyone subscribes to all the sub-forums.

As I’ve absolutely no idea what you’re on about, probably, Big Al is wanting a bit of direction.

As said. The thread linked was in GG where it was getting opinions from Jag and non-Jag people. Now it’s been moved to the Jaguar forum where it has become an also-ran.

Perhaps you’re the 5 year old being that you can’t read perhaps?

Sorry, you had to move out of the GG forum, with a lock down on and all that. I've heard on the grape vine that the lock down is being eased, but be careful social distancing is still in effect.

But it appears to me that the thread is doing reasonably well at 105 posts, if the OP hadn't agreed with the move then all he had to do is report that he's like the thread moved back and we would have complied.

Just as as aside the mods will routinely move threads as and when they see fit to do so.
