Hi all,
I was browsing PH earlier and came across the article that covered luxury cars for under £10k.
An issue was brought to light about the vendor of an S600 Mercedes and that they had possibly falsified service history, with one poster saying that they had brought it to PH attention but they continued to allow the advert and advertiser to be visible.
I questioned the position of PH in regards to this and the sellers potentially making a false instrument or deception etc, and wether in light of what they had been told, PH were acting diligently.
I see the article has now disappeared, so it seems to be that the integrity of PH Towers remains intact, for which I for one am grateful.
I sure there is action going on behind the scenes bearing in mind the ‘allegation’ but it just shows how easy it is for dishonest vendors (if that is indeed what they are in this case, I’m not suggesting they are as there is no way of finding anything further from the now retracted thread) to pedal their wares to the unwary
So from me it’s a ‘well done’ PH for acting, however belatedly.
Does anyone else think that if a member brings an advert like this to their attention that it should be suspended immediately pending investigation etc?

Thanks for your message, we have been looking into the matter and as you mention have taken some steps already, however as with most things there tend to be two sides to an argument so the team are making sure they have all the information collated to make the correct decision and will update with more detail once resolved.
