NP&E - time for only long term members ?

NP& E is now a cesspit of returning banned members trolling, surely its time to limit this forum to members with a decent amount of time served ?

So many of the "noobs" are almost immediatly recognisable purely by posting style.

Still not sure why the technology to make a ban = a ban, isn't available or in use. I won't comment further, since I seem to recall a mod getting a little upset in the past when obvious returnees were being highlighted.

If you spot a returned banned member then report them. If this is verified then they will be banned (again!).
