Should 'Advanced Driving' be renamed?

Glancing through recent threads in 'Advanced' Driving' shows that many are asking for advice that is anything but 'advanced'. Many are about basic driving techniques, interpretation of road signs and so on.

Should that section be renamed 'Driving Advice'?
