Moving posts into sub-forums - how is the decision made?

About 20 minutes ago, I posted a question in GG - asking which car brand had a 4-pointed star as a logo. The question was rapidly answered and it's Polestar, which as it happens is an EV.
The entire thread has now been moved into the EV sub-forum.

It's not about EVs - it's about which car brand has a specific logo. There is absolutely ZERO LOGIC in moving the thread into the EV sub-forum - no logic whatsoever.
