I have changed my username and it is showing correctly in my profile. This new post (after the change) is showing my new username but old posts are still displaying my old username. Have I done something wrong?

It will always show your old name on previous posts.

It's so that when you rename yourself and make an inadvertent speeling pistak, like mybrainurts for example, it's preserved for posterity. hehe
