HTTP 403 with YouTube link

This may be a red herring, but...

Posting a link to a YouTube video with the URL like this: https
://youtu.be/DmO0jwcc0Js

(Note remove spaces)

Gives me a 403 error, but posting like this:

https://youtube.com/v/DmO0jwcc0Js

Works fine.

Posting from Pixel 6 on Chrome, Android 12 through 4G network.

I'm getting the same error when trying to post a readers car thread - tried it on my phone and my laptop, neither are working.

Have removed the IMG links to see if that's it, still doing it - impacts preview and submit buttons.

Edit - Its due to £ signs in the text, weird one.
