PH not sending me emails through my profile

Afternoon - could someone take a look at why I'm not getting notifications when someone emails me through my profile? The emails never arrive, it's happened three times in the last couple of weeks.

If I initiate and send one to someone else I get the PH notification of that so it's not an email delivery issue my side.

As part of the PH lottery syndicate, I never get the mails sent out by Spud who runs it. Wondering if there are more issues with the email system than realised.

Hi techies - I've just been told Joropug tried to email me through my profile but I never received anything. Please could someone take a look at why other PHers aren't able to send me emails?

I can email them just fine and I get the copy of the confirmation email so PH is able to email me; it's just I don't get emails from PHers.

Hmm, the only reason I changed it to that in the first place was because of a security issue with PH a few years ago. It's weird that it cc's me just fine when I send one to another PHer though.

Let me see if I can generate a new one and see if that can be used.

I have the email me option checked, but I have not got any emails from other PH'ers who have tried to contact me.

I have also checked my junk box, but they haven't gone there.

We have tested this and cannot find any issues with our PM system, so I'm afraid it must be an issue with your email domains. Sorry we can't help further.

Ok this is weird. I've just tried messaging myself and received both the regular email and copy email (the one that gets sent to the sender) - so my email address wouldn't appear to be the issue.

Please could someone else try sending me a message through my profile?
