Browser "waiting for sp.cargurus.co.uk"....

I do see that occasionally when clicking on a link to a forum or whatever and there's usually a bit of a wait. Sometimes it'll time out completely. Can you get them to pay their AWS bill or something? Is there a setting in MS Edge which will bypass it?
