Yup, none of those. It's when I'm on PH my phone that it has started doing it. My laptop is fine.

Drawing heavily on my lack of knowledge of the these things, I'll switch my phone off and on again. See if that does anything.

Off and on didn't work. Then I disagreed with the consent page and it has stopped. For the time being at least.

It's all a mystery to me.

Same here, it kicked in on my mobile this evening without afflicting laptop use. It happens after very post read, before a reply, after a reply, including arriving and posting on this website feedback thread. Never before and now highly intrusive!

It went away when I disagreed. PH want you to agree but their system prefers it if you don't.
