Username breaks quotes in replies (followup)

It's happened for me when I tried to quote surveyor_101
Example: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
I was getting almost blank response box, just with (quote) (/quote) and no poster or content (obviously with square brackets). I tried 3 times and copied/pasted manually in the end)
What is bizarre is that when I just went to replicate it, it worked normally.
