How to report a post when you are blocked from posting?

I have been a member of this forum for many years, but mostly read and I post infrequently.

At 15:22 today RichTT posted in the 'Russia Invades Ukraine. Volume 4' thread in response to being called out for trolling:

RichTT said: Yeah, but it's fun to shake the hornets nest every once in a while and watch everyone froth at the mouth.

I am prohibited by taking part of the Ukraine discussion due to a low post count, this despite making some reasoned contributions early on. It therefore irritates me no end when RichTT winds the discussion up for several pages with arguments that have been hashed out time and time again and I am not allowed to report the obvious trolling.

Please deal with this obvious attempt to derail what has otherwise been a most informative source of news and opinion for the last year.

That particular issue has already been addressed. With regard to reporting posts, even if you don't have posting privileges you should still be able to use the report button.
