Do PH Mods have Access to GDPR Data?

In the light of what happened to Byker, and the suspicion that there's a Trump looney on the Mod team, a similar but nowhere near as bad thing (yet) happened to me. A thick w@nker left abuse for me on an ex-work answerphone for no reason whatsoever (apart from whatever is going on between his ears).

PH has the work email address for one of the places I used to work at (they told me about the message), so I wonder what Cargurus does about personal data protection and about vetting Mods?

If there's a wrong 'un on the team and personal data is available, those are things that need to be sorted out.

I wouldn’t of thought that the mods have that sort of information as it’s not necessarily for them to do their jobs.

I do think it could be a mod that sent at least one of the emails Byker was sent, as as far as I’m aware nothing was posted in the thread about Byker being banned from the thread. Also his banning from the thread was wrong as there is no mention of breaking Rule 16 results in a thread ban..

One hell of a coincidence then that my PH log-in email adress from a company that I used to work at was used to find that company, then a thick w@nker with a northern accent left an abuse abusive message for me, which is similar (but not as bad) as the treatment that Byker received. Pretty sure that Sherlock would deduce that PH is the common denominator, especially if Byker uses a work email login address, which Mods probably have access to.

Sorry, I have deleted my response as I wouldn't want my post to be taken as official PH response, it was just a personal view. I agree that it doesnt explain your situation, but I haven't looked into that.

Followed my multiple emails and another letter to my house

Someones been creative with an anonymous emailer.

Maga45 - "Missing Ph yet. Enjoy you ban. If it's not permanent it soon will be "
then again from the same person a couple of days ago "Lets hope your ban is permanent, if not it soon will be. We'll just report everything to see what sticks. MAGA"

and a delightful one from from someone calling themselves TrumpisKing which I can't repeat on here as it'll break rules and the swear filter.

Best of all was the nicely typed threatening letter with a Leeds postmark yesterday, simply saying "we know where you live and work." plus some personal details, probably cleaned from posts on here. Threats to one of my grandchildren my dog and wife.

Police response was don't use PH.

Tried passing these onto PH but no response.
Rule 16 says content will be removed only but some over zealous moderator thinks this means a ban - as happened before, and I thought this was sorted after the last time - but obviously not anything personal anymore.

What a cesspit PH has become

The threat of a permanent ban means I won't be posting much coupled with the abusive emails
