Randomly logged out

I seem to be getting randomly logged out of PH once a week or couple of weeks.

I then have to try and remember my password

Is this normal?

I noticed the same thing recently. The saved login session used to last a long time, now its like a week (I haven't actually measured it, but it much shorter than it used to be, and seems like about a week).

It's been happening for 10+ years despite sporadic complaints from users, PH obviously doesn't care.

Yes, but previously that expiration happened after a few months. Not unusual for a web site to have some expiration time. However, this new behavior is that it expires after a week, which makes no sense for a site like this.

And yes, since there's no response to this thread at all, it appears no one cares.

Perhaps we'll get lucky and someone will accidentally fix it just like they accidentally broke it.

It is erratic as anything for me - sometimes it's months, sometimes its weeks, sometimes its only days.

No other forum seems to have this issue.
