Why is this popping up literally every time a new page is opened - highly annoying!

What browser are you using?

It’s set to show once, then store a cookie indicating that you’ve already seen it. If your browser is blocking or clearing cookies, it won’t be able to remember that, so the message will keep appearing each time.

Google Chrome. It could be the case if others aren't having this issue.

If it's Google Chrome I'd try looking at what extensions you're using as they can play silly buggers with cookies.
