Server split - AGAIN

Here we go again..

Ctrl-Refresh lottery as to which server you get and hence which version of the database you get.

"Latest Post" is a matter of consensus, and the servers currently don't have one.

Doing it again now, just made an arse of myself on one thread, edited it to tidy it up, dumb/smart balance is restored, but the original from twenty minutes ago keeps popping up for all to see.
