When prospective buyers email me in respect to my classified advert, the mail invariably gets treated by hotmail as 'junk' mail.
I think the cause of this is that the reply always includes a link to my advert as the first line of text.
Finding a mail sitting in your junk mail items is more than a little annoying. I appreciate that the action of the email client is outside PH's control, but can I suggest modifying the reply mail to drop the link, as i really dont need a link to my own car sale in each email sent to me.

I'm afraid that it is not that simple and the link is the least of the problems.
The main cause of the issue is that the emails are addressed with the email address of the prospective buyer, but are being sent from the pistonheads mail server rather than from their own mail-box.
We have been working with Hotmail recently to increase the trustworthiness of the PH mail server in their eyes, but in the mean time you can also check your replies via the manage my ads section if you miss any in the junk mail.
