E-mailing advertisers - why no confirm received ????

I have emailed a few advertisers about cars they have for sale and am not getting any confirm emails back providing a copy of my email to the seller??????

Can this be fixed ASAP as I am sure it is not just effecting me?

Also, can you set up a link in member profiles so we can have a record of which adverts we have sent enquiries to?

Hi Ian,

This is perfectly normal, our classified system does not provide you with a copy of emails but I can assure you that your emails have been sent to their intended recipients.

With regard to keeping a record of which adverts you have replied to, it's a good idea which we will look at adding to the classifieds during the next re-vamp. In the mean time there is the bookmark function in the classifieds which you can use for this.

Cheers for that. I do get a copy of any message sent via the PM function and just assumed the classifieds would work the same way.
