Was getting the flooding error message when posting that as well. But it seems to be back to normal now. Was it just a sudden logon of people?

The flooding message happens when you don't leave enough time between two separate posts, it is nothing to do with the load on the site.

For what it's worth, i had the same problem. All is well again now though

It could be down to the time on the servers being slightly out of synch, as the flooding is based on the time period between posts. If one server was a little behind then it could think you are trying to flood the forums with posts (the reason it is in place).

VERY slow to load pages for me in the last 15-20 minutes, fine for other sites so it's not my connection.

Had a couple of the 'Oops' pages too in the same time frame.
