Missing clamping thread in SP & L

Chap asked about a clamping firm if anyone knows anything.

I find out details as it is a VERY bad company.

It is about this outfit, I don't see that there was any name and shame going on.

And the guy was only asking has anybody had any dealings with this xxxxxxclamping company. How is that N&S?

Moderation is difficult, I accept that, but with such variable standards it's a nightmare to avoid straying over the line.

And then you have idiots posting deliberately controversial threads just fishing to draw people into co-ordinated arguments.

You'd be surprised, it's often the smaller businesses (especially ones with their own "solicitors") who can cause the most trouble. Even if they stand no chance of winning, the costs involved in defending against such a case are massive.
