Can I do the following ?

I have my serviced apartment business in London , and I'm finding that I have a few empty periods in between bookings for example 1 day here 3 day there ( not more than 3 days )

My question is , I can start a thread (holiday&travel) and offer this last minute deals to PH memebers only ? I dont need to advertise my site on on the thread and i can add property details and pics on the thread

The prices would be heavily discounted due to the fact I rather earn 50 quid a night than them being empty

Example: 3 bed/2bath chelsea flat would be 80 a night from 250/ 2bed in London Bridge would be 70 per night from 230 and so on .
