UserIDs ending space question mark ( ?) cause quoting issues

We've stopped people having special characters in their username to prevent this in future, but we have no plans to force those who already have them to change.

It's on the bugs-list though, and when we are next working on the parser we'll have a little look and see if we can sort it.
