PH Office closed today?? (Monday 6th Sept 2010)

Trying to call the classified helpline number and (after selecting all the relevant options) keep hearing 'sorry the office is closed'.

Is this really the case or has someone just forgotten to switch the IVR over to 'live' this morning?

(I really need help with my ad... have been denied a Premium ad despite being entitled to one!)

I believe the phoneline opens at 10:30, to give us chance to get through the weekend backlog before the calls start flooding in. Try calling again now and you should get through to Russell who will be able to help.
