Classified Emails - Working?

There is nothing stopping you from receiving emails, but you had tripped a warning system which was preventing you from sending. I've reset this now, but let me know if you have any more problems.

Thanks Will, only emailed 2 adverts and then my own. I've re-emailed just one of the adverts and I'll try emailing the other tomorrow.

I'm thinking its happened again, can you let me know how I'm managing to trigger it?

I'm after a 968, only a few cars available so I'm trying to contact a few to get more information. One in particular I've written to a couple of times (maybe 3 times in the 8 days its been for sale), but in fairness I've no idea if they have received it because I seem to trigger the block.

I'm guessing I'll have to break my tight habit of not using that expensive phone line!

I have looked in the back end reporting and it appears you are sending emails from two different locations which is where the problem lies.

I don't want to go into how we know this and the measures we have in place (for obvious reasons I hope), but that is causing the problem as it is blacklisting you when you use the one location we have on record. Then once it knows you are on the blacklist it will keep you there.

Will removed you from that blacklist, but soon as you email from the other location we have on record you are back on the list.

Are you using a shared computer at all?

I'm using my home PC and my iPhone while on the train to/from work. Understand the issue will just the home PC if I intend to email a seller.

So nothing shared then... strange that I have an identifier to another email address against the ID.

Anyway, I have cleared up this ID and you won't have a problem any more.
