I tried to reply to a thread in Parc Fermé but it had been closed before I could reply... and with no way of replying to the gracious email that I was sent (many thanks for that), the only way I can get this across is by starting a thread here... it's a single reply so happy for it to be locked / deleted once read by the moderators (names edited):

Now I actually appreciate the ability to explain, to argue and perhaps dispute the ban, and consider this less of a condescending 'go to see the Headmaster!' approach, but more useful than simply arbitrarily banning someone without recourse.

But surely this should be private? I've ended up here for a specific reason and I can now read XXXXX's argument with YYYYY... I'd appreciate it if you removed my thread in its entirety for future Parc Fermé passers-through...

I think the viewing aspect of the threads in the Parc Ferme and also the similarly structured Sin Bin has already been talked about but I'm not sure how far up the to do list it is. They do/should be deleted by the moderator who started it after use though. Your reply has been copied out to the moderator forum so it can be kept for the useful points, the thread has already been deleted from PF.

Did you see mine?, if you've broken the rules you need to accept public humiliation (sorry op when i say you i don't mean you personally but i do mean you as you've been in parc ferme so it may sound personal, make sense? I doubt it does as it dosn't make sense to me )
Any way some people in that forum seem to be pricks, climate change one is an example, FFS you've done wrong accept it (not you op the climate change one).

Zollar - you haven't seen CF's thread, and he hasn't seen yours. However having seen both might I venture the opinion that it is the attitude of the temporary resident which determines that of the mod, and the difference in the way you were both dealt with in this case.

In other words, act like a bell-end, and you'll be treated like one...
