Trade Adverts - not receiving email enquires

I seem to be having a problem receiving emails from my trade adverts on Pistonheads.
I haven't received an enquiry via email since 02/11/2010, so I sent a few test emails last night and this morning using the "Click here to email me" email form on my adverts and I have not received these emails through to my email address which is set on my vdealer account.
They are also not showing in my emails received page of the vdealer account. I know it is not a fault of my email account as I am still receiving emails from other sources.
Any idea's why this is happening? I have emailed Pistonheads but guessing I won't get a reply until Monday.

It doesn't seem to be just Trade Ads either. I've got two ads on PH at the moment - and I had a guy call me tonight asking my why I hadn't responded to his email (what email!?). I tested about 15 minutes ago from my own email account and it hasn't come through to me yet either. Is there a wider problem?

Firstly, there was a minor glitch in the mail system on Saturday afternoon, which resulted in a lot of emails being delayed and possibly a few not being sent. They will all be in the replies section of your manage my ads/vdealer account though, in case you are worried you missed any.
HBwold, your longer term problem is down to the fact that you had tripped one of our anti-spam systems which was blocking any emails you sent. I have cleared this now, so you can send emails again and it will not have affected your ability to receive emails at any point.

I've seen this comment about anti-spam before. However, I don't think I have *ever* had a response to any of my e-mails (sent using the 'e-mail the seller' link) to sellers, so I think this is a bigger problem. I don't tend to send more than one e-mail in any given week, so surely I can't be triggering a spam filter.

September last year you were picked up by our anti-scam filter, which is keyword rather than volume based. I've cleared this off now, so your emails should be working again as well.I e-mailed one seller (Will Blackham) about an Elise within the last few weeks; I called him having not heard anything a week later and he hadn't received it.
Not sure why I was ever picked up by the spam filter in the first place; I'm not a trader and don't ever e-mail *that* many sellers - and I do go on to buy cars - so perhaps it's a bit strict?

As I said in my last post, the part that blocked you has nothing to do with the number or emails you send, it looks for certain key phrases which are the hallmark of scammers.
