PistonHeads customer service: better than I expected.

I placed an ad about 2 weeks ago and paid through the site via creditcard. The ad I placed features in my 'manage your ads' section but does not appear on the site. So I email them to sort and get no response...so I phone them and they are not open for business during weekday office hours so I left a voicemail. I tried twice....but no response.
So, how do I get them to respond?

Yes, and had to submit the credit card details etc etc. Now tonight I looked back at my advert in the Manage my Adverts section and it has a 'saved' logo that wasn't there until a couple of days or so ago so don't know what they're playing at.

Maybe someone at PH's will have the decency to reply to my requests so we can sort it out although I'm not holding my breath!

No, attitude it's certainly not, I'm too old and cynical for that...... more like frustration at the complete lack of response. This is such a great website and obviously very popular but it seems that potentially one person who lacks the same enthusiasm can let the whole side down!!

There is only 3 actual PH employees, for the whole site. The running, the advertisements, the classifieds, the news, the back office stuff, the organising stuff. There are mods that do the moderating but I don't think they can do stuff with adverts, maybe wrong though. Admin will be along shortly and they'll sort it no problem for you.

To be fair, PH Customer service is normally pretty good, considering most people don't pay anything!

There are more than 3 PH/Haymarket employees though - at least if you include all those associated but not necessarily full time on PH.

I thought there were only about 3 that are paid for it, but the rest are volunteers?
