A subtle distinction (calling Garlick)

Its a subtle difference between "why have you been banned from PH" and "Where else other than PH have you been banned from and what for"

It's not a duplicate but actually a complimentary thread - any chance of a reopening of the thread as the reason given for locking it is not correct???????? (IMHO of course)

Fair play: you did. I stand by my first though: moderation, by its' very meaning, should be done in moderation. I think there is quite a lot of moderation going on and hence it is not in any sense 'moderation' it is verging on oppression and/or censorship. This is not a good thing.
