PH trying to upload something to my PC

I get this every now and then when reading the forums on PH. I dont have any special security settings on my PC (mostly defaults), and I have nothing found when virus and malwarebytes scanning. So what is this trying to upload to me ? It just a bit annoying when it pops up.
