Classified email notification

This function does not work for me on a consistent basis even though I reported it several weeks ago. Ads in different categories being placed but ad-hoc notification.........any ideas??

There have been a few people complaining about this recently, but I'm afraid I cannot see what is causing it. I'll have a look in to it and get back to you.
