I have to know why this is such an ongoing problem? Is it that difficult, I'm no techie but FFS!

The google search option works very well, so it's not a big deal.

Apart from the fact we had to turn it off to fix another area of the site, can I ask what the search isn't doing for you at the moment as we have invested in it over the last few months to make it cope?

The PH search is fantastic when it works you can narrow the results down by user, area and date which is much better than the basic Google search. Shame it never seems to work.
