can someone tell me how to shrink it to a normal size?

You have three choices, one is to make it a thumb or as you have done use the actual size it is on the internet.

For the thumb do the following code:

[thumb]http://i56.tinypic.com/sdmsrr.jpg[/thumb]

Your third option is to upload it to the How to upload picture thread above, or below this post as a forum fit size (Using the Upload an image link above the post) and then use the code that creates.
