My email address

I changed my email address many, many moons ago.
However, I've noticed that all PH emails are being sent to my old email address?

I've checked my PH account, which does show my new address.

Example, I have an email dated 8th Jan this year advertising the PH Show at the NEC which was sent to the old address?

Yet on a similar note, I do receive emails sent by members from PH arriving at my new address?

That is down to the use of two different systems that are not synced regularly enough. Thus the last sync was beginning of the year and this had your old email address.

Most promo emails come from the other system as it has better tracking, but all day to day operations (member emails, notifications, classified stuff) all come through the email you have setup in your profile.

We are trying to get the emails synced better in the future to stop this thing happening.
